What better time to be inspired than when the leaves are colourful, and fashion is thriving! There is something about fall that always creates a feeling of starting fresh, you can be whoever you want. The runways are here to be inspired by, just pick your dream outfit and character, and you can overcome any cold weather ahead!
Former Fashion student at Central Saint Martins London and Influencer @zak.heath
gave me all the “tea” from Fashion week, what we should look out for this fall and the upcoming year, in fashion.
“I noticed a huge emphasis on feathers. Feathers were seen across the runways in London, New York, Paris and Milan this fall and will definitely be seen in our streets, runways, phones etc in 2026”, Zak confirms.
Whether it was found in in the elegant details and embroidery of Dior’s pieces , Chanel’s Feather skirt or Stella McCartney dresses with sustainable faux feathers made out of plants. The message was clear, and this can absolutely elevate your outfit, done correctly! Are you ready to play with feathers? As fashion and style is so individual and feathers can be a controversial topic, I would love to hear your perspective on this in in the comments below!
Zak especially noticed more knit wear shown at London Fashion Week this fall.
“My favourite fashion show in London this year was the Harri show (@harri_ks on Instagram).
I really liked the embellishments, pearl details and latex designs. Sitting front row was such an experience as I was able to really look at the details of each piece. Harri’s designs and craftsmanship’s are so good”, Zak ends with.

I also find inspiration in London’s streets, maybe it’s because fall and it's my favourite season, but every time I go outside, I see a new outfit I am inspired by.
Today it was a jacket. I felt compelled to ask where it was from and it was from.
“Actually it’s my Boyfriend’s jacket”, said @ruthlessbroccoli . When it comes to Fall Fashion a jacket like this can really make an outfit come to life. Especially if you pair it with some accessories like a scarf, hair clip, earrings and some jewellery. Timeless pieces you can accessorise for both casual and formal, are my favourites and forever!

This jacket turned out to be from Zara Men, unfortunately from a few seasons ago, but it might be possible to find secondhand, even better!
Another important part of fashion and to keep your outfits in check, especially when the Season changes and throughout the year in general, is to clean out your closet, stay organised! Wardrobe Fairy Godmother @rebeccadreansfield / @wardrobebyrebecca (on Instagram) can help out with this.
Pre-loved luxury clothing and accessories will not go to waste, as she sorts resales like magic, and supports secondhand sustainable clothing! I was mesmerised by all the beautiful pieces, at one of her recent pop-up events in London.
Celebs and Influencers like Emily Ratajkowski and Jess Hunt has also visited her pop-up events in London, and it is absolutely worth going to if you have the chance!
Here are some photos from the last pop-up:

The pieces, the branding and location of these pop-ups is always perfection! The Wardrobe Fairy Godmother never disappoints!

Cleaning out your closet makes it so much easier to stay inspired and put together outfits in your day-to-day life, and what you might want to replace, can become treasures for someone else! An organised closet is also step 1 to constantly serve looks in any Season, but what better time to start than in the fall, when you crave a fresh start.
